Help about:

Using Google Book Search links outside the U.S.A .

I discovered that access to Google's digital books is blocked outside the USA because of copyright concerns, even if the book is not under copyright in the US.

A solution to the problem is to use an anonymous proxy service, which makes it impossible for Google to determine which country the visitor is in. See for more information on this problem and a very good explanation about this: http://www.medievalgenealogy.org.uk/google.shtml.

How to read or download books from Google Book Search from outside the USA:

  1. Start: http://proxify.com/

  1. Copy the link from www.firstkites.nl and past the actual link in the search box from Proxify and enter.

  1. Then you must be able to read or even (not always!) download the mentioned book.
